On this page, we want to respond to frequently asked questions and provide assistance in the operation of our site.

1. Informations to solve problems when something has gone wrong

1.1 Something has gone wrong and you are not satisfied with our service ...

... that has certainly not been our intention, because your satisfaction is our highest priority. Mistakes can always happen.
Before you fret too much, please contact us (either via the contact form on our website or directly via email).
Please remember to indicate always your name and first name, email address and your order ID number (you find it in red and on top on our order confirmation)

We will immediately take care of your problem and bring the fine.

We will work together to find a solution to your satisfaction.

2. Information on the purchasing procedure

2 .1 How does the customer registration?

New customers must register first by clicking "New Customer" in the left column. Please fill out the registration form and send it to us. For the next login you must provide only your email and password and your data is automatically uploaded.

As an already registered customer, you can immediately enter your e-mail and password. Your data is automatically uploaded.


2.2 How does the shopping?

Once registered, you can browse the shop and store goods in the required number of products in the basket. They are only available up to as many items as specified.

At the end of purchase you can proceed to checkout.
Simply click on the basket/shopping cart in the left column. You can check your entries are correct. You may need to check the delivery address and correct it. It is also possible to enter another delivery address

Thereafter, only confirme our terms an conditions (GTC) and send your order.


2.3 What happens now?

You will receive an order confirmation with the details of your purchase. There will also figure an indication on the shipping costs based on a previously estimated total weight of your package.

You pay only once performance demands, packing and shipping with us. No matter how many items you buy. We strive to keep these costs to you as low as possible.

The order confirmation records the total cost to be paid and the necessary information for payment processing. For all invoices : total cost is payable without deduction.

Upon receipt of payment by bank transfer or Paypal, we will send you the goods immediately.

Please remember that banks and parcel services will also need time for processing and delivery


2.4 Invoice

You will receive from us always an original invoice with indicated VAT under Belgian law.

3. Information for shipment processing

3.1 In which countries is the shipment of goods?

We only deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France and Austria.
We do not deliver on islands and overseas


3.2 How to calculate the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are shown by clicking "Delivery ".
The cost varies by destination country, the type of payment and the weight of the shipment.
All of our listed product prices are gross prices including VAT.
The shipping costs must always be added to these prices


3.3 Information on combined shipping

We are happy to combine multiple items for shipping to reduce your shipping costs.
